THE ROOM
The apartment consists of:
• a furnished room equipped with a comfortable foldable sofa bed and a foldable armchair,
• a kitchen,
• and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside there is a porch, where, on a nice warm evening, one can relax in the soothing peace and quiet of the tenement house.

Double foldable sofa bed, foldable armchair serving as a single bed, a TV set, TV cabinet, mini HI-FI set (radio+CD+cassette player) with a cabinet, capacious cupboard, one small-size table, two small stools, an iron and an ironing board

High-pressure espresso machine, electric cooker, fridge, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery, papertowels, coffee, teabags.
